Light Rx in Okemos is an amazing place. The atmosphere is very relaxing and spa like. The ladies are all super friendly and personable. They all have a way of making me feel right at home. I enjoy my weekly appointments there and usually leave feeling great! The Venus Legacy truly does feel like a hot stone massage...totally relaxing. I am currently in the middile of my treatments and already feel like I see skin tightening. Once my treatments are complete, I will be sure to review the results. So far though, I am 100% happy with my decision to invest in myself at Light Rx.
I went to the Okemos center for a consultation, nice place and the staff seemed knowledgeable. But beware if you are not careful and do not do a prior research, they will loot your money. I spoke to the customer service center twice and they gave me a quote of 165-300 for the service I was looking for, depending on the number of treatments. Plus a free bonus smaller service. But when I went in there, had the consultation and was almost ready to pay for the package, the center director gave me a bill of 1,350. When I told her about the quote I got from the customer service ppl just an hour ago, she instantly applied a 50% discount and made it 690, which is still more than double of what it should be, she said that the customer service representatives don't know anything except booking an appointment. I came back from the center very disappointed and called the customer service center again and explained to them what happened, the lady confidently said that the final price is what I got from the first two representatives I spoke to. Please do your homework and double confirm the rates otherwise the Okemos center will fool you and loot you.
My curiosity got the best of me and I had to stop in to check out the Okemos LightRX! Wow! The treatments that are offered are amazing, think I've tried most of them! My girls, Erika, Angele, Melissa and Tina are all so professional, knowledgeable of all of the treatments. I cannot wait until I have to come back for another treatment, I get treated like a queen the moment I walk through the door. Love my Peeps!
⚡️ “Lightrx is a terrible company! Purchased a $2,000 Venus Viva package I was told was totally safe for my type of skin. Received the first treatment on April 26th 2017 at the Okemos, MI location and had a bad reaction. I did not want to continue the rest of the package because of the reaction or any other treatment for that matter so I requested a refund for at least the services not render. I have been dealing with this issue for 4 months. I was told by an individual from the call center that I should be able to receive a full refund due to the circumstances. Customer service is terrible, rather nonexistent. Have spoke with individuals from the call center 32 times just for them to tell me they will give the message to a "higher up individual". I have not received a call back yet. I have spoke with the manager of the Okemos location and their regional manager was only willing to return $561, this is unacceptable. Had I done more research on this company I would have found I am not the only one who has experienced this same situation, in fact many people have been still dealing with this and paying for services not rendered. DO NOT GO TO LIGHTRX!”
Amazing at first if you go their request Melissa she's very good on my third appointment I ended up getting burnt by some girl named Tina and management did nothing about it be careful. In the process of getting my voice heard about it
